Moderator: The pilot reduced missed appointments in two clinics. Should it expand? Analyst: The result is encouraging, but the clinics volunteered, so they may not represent the network. I would compare sites with different transport access. Clinician: I agree the result needs context. At the same time, patients said reminder calls helped them coordinate care. Waiting for perfect evidence also has a cost. Moderator: One prioritizes broader comparison, the other patient experience. Could a second phase measure both? Analyst: Yes, if sites are selected transparently. Clinician: And if evaluation does not delay support already shown to be useful.
